Skip the guesswork! You’ll be connected with a professional trainer who can help your dog thrive. Once training is complete and the trainer gives the green light, your Bark and Stride Pets sitter will follow their guidance to keep care consistent—especially for anxious or reactive dogs. (Trainer fee for the initial consultation and assessment are separate.)

Our Policies (Highlights)
Transparent pricing; any extra fees (holidays, weekends, key drop‑off) are listed above.
Pet health & safety: Up‑to‑date vaccinations and flea/tick prevention required.
Leash & collar: Dogs are leashed on walks unless in a secure fenced area.
Emergencies: If you cannot be reached, we may take your pet to the listed vet that you sign a release for.
Service area: Kitchener–Waterloo (travel outside may incur fees).
Cancellations: 48 hours’ notice for changes without a fee; less than 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.
Payment Policy: Payment is required before your scheduled service or one day prior, by e-transfer or cash.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
